Methodist Foster Care supports Therapeutic Foster Homes located throughout Louisiana which care for up to 160 children. The need in Louisiana is great.

We are actively recruiting, training, and certifying new homes too meet the growing need. Our goal is to add 140 new Therapeutic Foster Homes to our statewide network before October 2021.

Join Us! Consider becoming a foster caregiver and join with other specially-trained, highly-supported, foster caregivers.

From central offices in Monroe, Alexandria, Lafayette, Covington, Houma, and Ruston, Methodist Foster Care recruits, trains, certifies and actively supports a state-wide network of Therapeutic Foster Care families who care for children who cannot live with their natural families.
